These terms apply to the services WeCare Home Nursing and Security Solutions provides, and to the use of wecare24.co.
1. Our services
WeCare supplies trained nurses, caregivers, nannies, housemaids and security personnel to homes and premises in Karnataka. We are a care and manpower provider. We are not a hospital, we do not diagnose, and we do not prescribe. Clinical decisions remain with the patient’s treating doctor.
2. Booking and assignment
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, the duration, the start date and the rate in writing or on a recorded call. We assign staff based on the care needs you describe. If the needs change materially, the rate and the assignment may change.
3. Charges and payment
Rates are quoted per shift, per day or per month and are confirmed before the service starts. Published rates on this website are indicative and may change. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
4. Replacement and cancellation
If an assigned staff member is unsuitable or unavailable, tell us and we will arrange a replacement. Cancellation terms are those agreed at the time of booking.
5. Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information about the patient’s condition and medication, provide a safe working environment, and do not ask staff to perform clinical procedures outside their qualification or tasks outside the agreed scope.

7. Liability
We take reasonable care in recruiting, verifying and training our staff. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to the charges paid for the service in the month the claim arose.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
